inputSuppressor

Facet for extensions that need to suppress text input under certain conditions.

Each provider returns a function that returns true when text input should be suppressed. This is used by the hidden BasicTextField's onValueChange handler to prevent character insertion when an extension (like vim in normal mode) handles keys as commands rather than text input.

This is the equivalent of CM6's EditorView.inputHandler returning true.
